We kicked off the unsanctioned house cup winter series on January 28th with Y12 and Cadet Mixed Epee events.
In the Y12, Ella calmly and confidently fended off a last minute comeback from her teammate Saige to take the Gold. In 3rd place was a newer competitor Silas from Bay Regional Fencing Alliance, great job!
As usual, Cadet had a lot of pool bout upsets....In the end Wesley also from BRFA swept through the DEs defeating Evan in the finals. Addy and Alex were respectfully tied for 3rd place.
It was a wonderful start to the House Cup Season. Thanks to Devan, Laurie, and Robert for refereeing and all the families and friends who attended.
